40 ml Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
30 ml Crème de Cassis 15 ml Lemon Juice
In a pre-chilled Boston shaker add ice cubes and all the ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.

45 ml Limoncello Rossi d’Asiago
1 Sugar lump
2 drops Angostura bitter Soda
In a low Tumbler add a sugar cube previously soaked in bitter. Pour some soda on the sugar cube until it melts. Add Limoncello and ice, mix and top up with Soda. Garnish with lemon zest and maraschino cherry
